I finally found the workouts I have been missing for a few years! If you want a supportive boot camp environment with no judgment, come check it out. No pressure. I love that there is a space for kids to hang out (not a daycare) and it has a baby gate for wandering toddlers. Katie will modify the workouts for you, which is what I usually do while I build my strength back up.

Katie at Redemption Boot Camp has had a passion for fitness and health since the day i first met her 4 years ago. Visiting today I can tell she still has this passion to help people in the community. I highly recommend her classes and new facility.

The BEST place to get in shape, you will not regret it!! These are the absolute greatest people around, you will always feel welcomed at this gym by Katie & Joel... they are simply the BEST 🙏❤️
